Eve and the Apple

This is a sort of play on the Eve myth. I see it as the idea of the apple and the perceived "sin" as much bigger than the lady herself. One of those stories written by men to keep women in their place. The dripping candle column represents the passage of time. The crumbling below her is symbolic of the civilization we have create partly because of the sin myth. The dream sort of coming out of her imagination above is what things might have been if perhaps we had let women be more in charge from the beginning. Just something to think about.
